Central Bancompany initiated with an Overweight at Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley initiated coverage of Central Bancompany (CBC) with an Overweight rating and $31 price target The firm says Central is a high-quality bank with low deposit costs, strong credit, and “peer-leading” excess capital. The market should give the stock more credit for the bank’s excess capital as it is deployed into acquisitions, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
