In a regulatory filing, the company stated, “Centene (CNC) Corporation will appear at the UBS 2025 Global Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 10:15 a.m. EST. At the conference, and in subsequent discussions with investors, members of management will discuss the company’s financial outlook, which is consistent with its previously-issued full year 2025 GAAP forecast of a diluted loss per share not to exceed ($12.85) and full year 2025 adjusted diluted earnings per share forecast of at least $2.00.”
