Celularity (CELU) announced that Nasdaq notified the company that it did not timely file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30. Based on this latest notice, the company is not in compliance with Listing Rule 5250, which requires the company to timely file all required periodic financial reports with the SEC.
