Wells Fargo raised the firm’s price target on Celanese (CE) to $45 from $40 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. The firm cites a 2025 EV/EBITDA of about 9.0-turns as it believes the company’s self-help actions will improve cash generation and strengthen the balance sheet through a still difficult macro.
