CDW acquisition fulfills growth strategy, says William Blair

William Blair analyst Maggie Nolan keeps an Outperform rating on CDW (CDW) saying the acquisition Mission Cloud Services enhances the company’s cloud, data, artificial intelligence, and software platform engineering organization. CDW’s three-part growth strategy encompasses capturing share and acquiring new customers, enhancing capabilities in high-growth solution areas, and expanding services capabilities, and this acquisition “fulfills each of these strategy pillars,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
