Reports Q4 revenue $11.6B, consensus $11.62B. “We had a strong end to 2025, with fourth-quarter revenue and core earnings-per-share rising by double digits and both reaching their highest levels ever for CBRE,” said Bob Sulentic, CBRE’s chair and chief executive officer. “Our strength was broad-based. We saw significant gains in sales and leasing in the U.S. and much of the rest of the world and our resilient businesses continued to post double-digit revenue growth, a trend we see continuing.”
