Cazoo receives noncompliance notice from NYSE

Cazoo announced receipt of a written notice from the NYSE stating that the company is not in compliance with the NYSE continued listing standards set forth in Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual, which requires timely filing of all required periodic reports with the SEC because of the company’s failure to timely file its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023.
