Cass Information Systems announced that Martin Resch, president and COO, has been named president and CEO, effective April 18 and will join the board of directors at that time. Resch has been Cass‘s president and COO since February 2022 and will succeed Eric Brunngraber in the role of CEO. Brunngraber, who has served as CEO since 2008, will become executive chairman, effective April 18.
