Berenberg initiated coverage of Carbios with a Buy rating and EUR 51 price target. Carbios is a French biotech company that has developed an innovative enzymatic-based solution for the recycling of polyethylene terephthalate and polylactic acid, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says this represents a “game-changer for the PET industry, offering a plug-and-play solution to increase circularity.”
