IT services firm Capgemini’s (CGEMY) discussions to acquire WNS Holdings (WNS) have stalled following global market volatility, sources familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Vinicy Chan, Ryan Gould and Anto Antony. Capgemini had been in advanced discussions to acquire the outsourcing firm, Bloomberg reported last month.
