Vivendi’s Canal+ is exploring a potential listing on the London Stock Exchange and the French media conglomerate is working with advisers including BNP Paribas SA to work on the spinoff of the broadcaster, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg’s Swetha Gopinath, Dinesh Nair and Pamela Barbaglia.
