Canadian Solar (CSIQ) announced a victory in litigation proceedings against Maxeon Solar (MAXN) before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the USPTO. In Final Written Decisions, the PTAB ruled in Canadian Solar’s favor, holding that all claims asserted by Maxeon against Canadian Solar relating to alleged infringement of patents at issue in the federal court litigation are invalid.
