Cambium Networks (CMBM) received a notice from the Nasdaq Hearings Panel that the Panel has determined to delist the ordinary shares of Cambium Networks from Nasdaq due to the company’s failure to comply with the terms of the Panel’s December 3, 2025 decision granting an extension for continued listing on Nasdaq subject to the company’s adherence to certain milestones set forth in the Decision by which the company was to file certain periodic reports with the SEC. Trading in the company’s ordinary shares will be suspended at the open of trading on March 27. The company is considering whether it will request that the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council review this Decision. Trading in ordinary shares is expected to initially move to the OTC Pink Limited tier and then go into the Expert Market. Investors may experience reduced liquidity, less transparency and greater price volatility on these markets.
