California Attorney General Rob Bonta filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over a December decision by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, an arm of the Transportation Department, to give the green light for a plan by Sable Offshore (SOC) to restart moving oil through the Las Flores oil pipelines in the state, reported The Wall Street Journal. Sable Offshore shares are down about 13% to $10.81 in Friday afternoon trading following the report.
