Caesars (CZR) Entertainment announced that Don Kornstein has informed the company that he intends to retire as Vice Chair of the Board effective Dec. 31, 2025. “On behalf of the entire board, we thank Don for his many important contributions, dedication and stewardship, and we wish him well in his future endeavors,” said Gary Carano, Caesars Entertainment Executive Chairman. “Don has had a tremendous impact on Caesars, which is highlighted by his leadership and wise counsel relating to company and board matters,” said Tom Reeg, Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board. “On behalf of the entire executive management team, we thank Don for his many valuable contributions and wish him well.” The company expects to reduce the size of the Board to 11 members following Kornstein’s retirement.
