Stifel analyst Steven Wieczynski raised the firm’s price target on Caesars (CZR) to $45 from $42 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm, which believes that summer Strip “softness” will be short-lived and that Regional trends remain healthy, believes the risk/reward is “overly compelling at current levels,” the analyst tells investors in a post-earnings note.
