Stifel lowered the firm’s price target on Caesars (CZR) to $36 from $39 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Unless one thinks the Las Vegas Strip is “going to completely rollover from here and massively deteriorate,” the firm thinks the free cash flow guidance of greater than $4 per share in 2026 is “real” and “not being properly ascribed at current trading levels,” the analyst tells investors.
