TD Cowen lowered the firm’s price target on Caesars (CZR) to $35 from $40 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm said with reduced near-term visibility particularly in Las Vegas, they expect some turbulence when Caesars reports 4Q25 earnings on February 17. They lowered their 4Q25E and F26E estimates on uneven visitation and greater volatility in Digital hold.
