Morgan Stanley lowered the firm’s price target on Caesars (CZR) to $25 from $27 and keeps an Equal Weight rating on the shares. Caesars printed a relatively in-line Q4, with better than feared Vegas and digital performance offset slightly by weaker Regions results, says the analyst, who adjusted estimates following the report.
