Citi analyst Paul Lejuez lowered the firm’s price target on Burlington Stores (BURL) to $340 from $344 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says that while Burlington’s trends have started slow again in February, this is true across retail, and at least in part due to weather.
