Burford Capital declares an interim dividend of 6.25c per share

Burford Capital (BUR) announces that its board of directors at a meeting held on September 26, 2025 approved and declared an interim dividend of 6.25c per ordinary share for the year ending December 31, 2025. The interim dividend is expected to be paid on December 4, 2025 to holders of Burford’s ordinary shares on the register of shareholders at the close of business on October 31, 2025. The Board anticipates continuing to pay a total annual dividend of 12.5c per ordinary share, payable semi-annually, but does not anticipate regular increases in Burford’s dividend per ordinary share level. The Board may review Burford’s dividend per ordinary share level from time to time.
