TD Securities analyst Jonathan Kelcher initiated coverage of BSR REIT with a Buy rating and $16.50 price target. The REIT offers investors exposure to the favorable U.S. sunbelt multifamily markets and should provide “strong earnings growth,” the analyst tells investors. The firm believes BSR is “well-positioned” to push rental rates on both renewals and new leases, the analyst added.
