Bruker (BRKR) announced the acquisition of an additional 60% ownership stake in Tofwerk. The transaction adds TOF-MS technology for small-molecule markets, including atmospheric chemistry research, air quality monitoring, exposomics, foods, flavors & fragrances testing, and semiconductor cleanroom monitoring. With greater than 1,000 instruments worldwide, Tofwerk has grown profitably to 130 employees, with 2025 revenues of approximately $40M. Tofwerk will continue as a distinct brand within Bruker. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
