TD Cowen lowered the firm’s price target on Brown-Forman (BF.B) to $25 from $30 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The firm lowered its target following the termination of merger discussions with Pernod Ricard. While they did not view a transaction as a base case, the deal optionality had provided incremental valuation support.
