Brookdale Senior Living (BKD) announced that, based on the preliminary vote count of its proxy solicitor following the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, all eight of Brookdale’s director nominees were elected to the Brookdale Board of Directors, with each receiving support from a majority of the shares outstanding. Based on the preliminary vote count, the Board of Directors is composed of Jordan Asher, MD, Claudia Drayton, Mark Fioravanti, Victoria Freed, Joshua Hausman, Elizabeth Mace, Denise Warren, and Lee Wielansky. The preliminary results also indicated that shareholders approved all other proposals submitted for a vote at the Annual Meeting.
