Brookdale Senior Living (BKD) announced the appointment of Nick Stengle as CEO and as a member of the Brookdale board of directors, effective October 6. Stengle succeeds Denise Warren, who served as interim CEO since April and who will resume her role as non-executive chairman of the board. Since 2022, Stengle has served as president and COO of Gentiva.
