Broadway Financial discloses Nasdaq listing non-compliance notice

Broadway Financial, parent company of City First Bank, National Association, received written notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC stating that because the Company did not file its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the required filing date, the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq’s Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) for continued listing.
