Brixmor announces CEO Taylor to retire, Finnegan to succeed

Brixmor (BRX) Property announced that James Taylor Jr., the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will retire as Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2026. Brian Finnegan, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, who has been serving as interim Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed by the Company’s Board of Directors to succeed Taylor as Chief Executive Officer effective on that date. Finnegan will also replace Taylor on the Company’s Board of Directors and will retain the title of President.
