UBS upgraded British American Tobacco (BTI) to Buy from Neutral with a price target of 3,900 GBp, up from 3,000 GBp. The firm views the stock’s valuation as too low. British American’s Velo nicotine pouches will accelerate its sales growth, which will enable the company to deliver its 2026 outlook, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
