Alliance Global Partners analyst Gaurav Mehta lowered the firm’s price target on BrightSpire Capital (BRSP) to $6.50 from $7.25 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Following the Q1 report, the firm lowered its 2025 adjusted distributable earnings estimate 12%, the analyst noted.
