Bright Scholar announces completion of going private transaction

Bright Scholar (BEDU) Education announced the completion of the merger of the company with Bright Education Mergersub pursuant to the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 13, 2025, by and among the company, Parent and Merger Sub. As a result of the Merger, Bright Scholar became a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent, and the ADSs of the company no longer trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
