Morgan Stanley analyst Toni Kaplan lowered the firm’s price target on Bright Horizons (BFAM) to $100 from $102 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. Shares underperformed the market by 570 basis points in 2024, notes the analyst, who sees deceleration of top line growth positioning 2025 to be “a challenging year” as well. The firm’s estimates for 2025 and 2026 adjusted EPS are 7% and 8% below consensus, respectively, the analyst noted.
