Brenmiller Energy (BNRG) announced the appointment of Boaz Toshav as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Toshav previously served on the Company’s Board from June 2023 until August 2024. He is currently President and Chairman of Rio Ave FC. Toshav succeeds Nava Swersky Sofer, who concluded her term on the Board following six years of service. Swersky Sofer’s departure was in accordance with the natural expiration of her term and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
