Brady Corporation (BRC) announced that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement with Honeywell (HON) to acquire Honeywell’s Productivity Solutions and Services business, a provider of mobile computers, barcode scanners and printing solutions, in an all-cash transaction for $1.4 billion, representing a transaction value of approximately 8x EBITDA for the twelve months ended December 31, 2025.
