BP (BP) shareholders rejected two company resolutions at its annual general meeting, expressing frustration over climate disclosures, with just over a quarter of investors supporting resolution asking BP to explain its oil and gas spending strategy, The Wall Street Journal’s Adam Whittaker reports. According to preliminary data, Chairman Albert Manifold was with 81.8% of the vote at his first AGM.
