Bowman Consulting enters agreement to acquire e3i Engineers

Bowman Consulting (BWMN) announced it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire e3i Engineers, a Boston, Massachusetts-based firm specializing in the design of data centers, energy infrastructure and emerging technology applications.
