UBS downgraded BorgWarner (BWA) to Sell from Neutral with a price target of $55, up from $49. The shares are now pricing in an “optimistic case” for BorgWarner’s new data center power generation opportunity, the analyst tells investors in a research note. UBS believes the “bull case” assumes fully scaled $1.5B in sales by 2030. However, it expects a slower ramp to half that level.
