As Boqii (BQ) Holding previously announced, the Company ceased the listing of the American Depositary Shares representing its Class A ordinary shares of par value US$0.001 each on the NYSE American and listed its Class A ordinary shares of a par value of US$0.16 each on a post-reverse stock split basis for trading on AMEX in substitution for the ADS, effective on July 11, 2025 .
