Booz Allen (BAH) Hamilton announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Defy Security as a wholly owned subsidiary. The company said this strategic acquisition will accelerate product-driven revenue and scale advanced cybersecurity solutions for leading enterprises. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of Booz Allen’s fiscal year 2027 and is subject to customary closing conditions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
