Citi lowered the firm’s price target on Bombardier (BDRBF) to C$107 from C$113 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says it does not know whether the Trump Administration might exempt some Canadian, Mexican or Chinese imports from its tariffs, or whether the administration could impose tariffs on other countries. Bombardier could see a mild tariff impact on its earnings, with likely no meaningful impact for Embraer, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Citi believes Bombardier shares could stabilize, once there is better clarity on the administration’s tariffs on Canada.
