Following outages at AWS (AMZN) and Azure (MSFT) last month, BofA says Cloudflare’s (NET) outage yesterday reflects the inherent dependency risk of major infrastructure providers. The firm, which believes that any long-term impact from the incident remains “limited,” maintains a Buy rating and $255 price target on Cloudflare shares as it argues that AI momentum and share gains in security could offset any near-term outage headwinds.
