After resuming talks the day prior for the first time since the strike began on August 4, Boeing (BA) Defense has put contract negotiations with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, IAM, on hold, with no plans to return to discussions until at least after the Labor Day holiday, Dan Catchpole of Reuters reports, citing union officials. “There are no negotiations currently scheduled,” a Boeing spokesperson said.
