Bell Boeing (BA) Joint Program Office was awarded an undefinitized, not-to exceed $157M firm-fixed-price order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement. This order procures ten Nacelle Improvements Kits and three shipsets of Pylon Support Assemblies for retrofit in support of enhancing the operational capabilities of the MV-22 and CMV-22 aircraft for the Navy and Marine Corps. Work is expected to be completed in December 2028. This order was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
