Boeing (BA) and the Justice Department, DoJ, asked a U.S. judge to approve an agreement that will allow the company to avoid prosecution despite objections made by relatives of some of the 346 people killed in two separate 737 MAX crashes that occurred in 2018 and 2019, David Shepardson of Reuters reports.
