Boeing (BA) was awarded $166.84M cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide engineering analysis, software maintenance, software support services, and modernizations and improvements to software and associated hardware capabilities in support of P-8A systems and software engineering sustainment tasks associated with obsolescence, improvements and enhancements for the Navy. Work is expected to be complete by December 2030. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command is the contracting activity.
