BlueLinx (BXC) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a new share repurchase authorization under which the Company may repurchase up to $50 million of its outstanding shares of common stock in accordance with all applicable securities laws and regulations, including Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The new authorization will be funded through a combination of cash on hand and cash flow from operations. At the end of June 2025, the Company had $11.5 million remaining under the $100 million share repurchase program announced in October 2023, bringing the total current authorized availability for repurchase to $61.5 million.
