BofA analyst Craig Siegenthaler sees a “significant level of misinformation” weighing on shares of Blue Owl Capital (OWL) and the private credit industry, which the firm argues has led to a “particularly attractive buying opportunity” in both Blue Owl and the credit heavy alternative asset managers such as Ares Management (ARES) and Apollo Global (APO). The firm, which argues that Blue Owl has “solid to strong investment performance across all of its strategies,” keeps a Buy rating and $24 price target on the shares.
