Craig-Hallum initiated coverage of Blaize (BZAI) with a Buy rating and $4.50 price target The firm sees Blaize as an emerging leader in the edge AI inference market, with a full-stack, purpose-built HW+SW solution. Blaize is at the early stage of sales ramp, but has a few large customers, in both defense and auto markets, Craig-Hallum adds. The firm says the company’s SW/support revenue stream will have a recurring component that can help valuations over time.
