Kathleen McCarthy Baldwin, Blackstone’s (BX) global co-head of real estate, will depart the firm at the end of the year, The Wall Street Journal’s Miriam Gottfried reports. Nadeem Meghji, the other co-head of real estate, will become the sole head of the unit following McCarthy Baldwin’s exit, according to the report. Blackstone’s real-estate business manages approximately $320B of the firm’s $1.2T in assets under management.
