Blackstone (BX) is weighing an offer for Big Yellow Group (BYLOF), and is considering a cash offer that is in the preliminary stages, Bloomberg’s Natasha Voase reports. Big Yellow has held talks with a “small number of parties” in relation to a potential sale of the company but is not yet in direct talks or receipt of a bid, according to the report.
